General Guidelines
- Participants interested in attending any of the workshops should download the Pre-and Post-Conference workshop forms from the link below.
- Participants are requested to submit the duly filled-in Pre-and Post-Conference workshop forms via online submission system by clicking “Register now” under the Registration Tab or through “Call for Workshops” at the Home page.
- The workshop selection committee of the Conference shall reserves the right to accept or refuse the participants after due screening of the submitted forms in any of the suitable workshop.
- Selected Participants must be registered and completed the full payment prior to 23:59:59 (IST), October 31, 2016 in order to be included in the workshop.
- If any participant is not selected for the workshop, registration fee for the workshop will be returned according to the cancellation policy.

- 1st Notification of Acceptance (Oral/Poster): October 10, 2016
- 2nd Notification of Acceptance (Oral/Poster): November 14, 2016

- 2nd notification of workshop acceptance – Decmber 5, 2016
- Notification of Acceptance: October 10, 2016
