- Rooms will be allotted on a first come first serve basis and are subject to availability.
- Bank Charges of 3% will be applicable on payments made by VISA / Master card.
- In case of Bank/Wire Transfer, all Bank Charges will be borne by the delegate. Post Bank/wire transfer, please send us the transaction receipt to enable us to trace the payments.
- Children below 5 years can enjoy a complimentary stay.
- Extra beds are not common in all the hotels, for details / requirement please contact the undersigned.
- Refund, if any will be made 30 days after the completion of the congress.
Hostel and Guest Houses near NIPGR
Limited hostel (Twin sharing) and guest house accommodations (Single and Twin sharing) with complimentary breakfast are available for registered participants in discounted rates. Also, free transport to the Conference venue will be provided during the Conference December 14 - 17, 2016. Those interested must send email request to psiaoapo2016@nipgr.ac.in on or before October 31, 2016 with registered ID. The booking can ONLY be confirmed after a completed registration form and receipt of full payment for the Conference.
