We developed AquaaG, a comprehensive, user-friendly pipeline for genome quality assessment and annotation across diverse organisms. The platform provides an integrated, reliable, and freely accessible framework for students and researchers, supporting efficient genome analysis and complementing the Department of Biotechnology’s “One Day, One Genome (ODOG)” initiative.
