Qualification for Post Doctoral Research Associate (PDRA) 01 post: Ph. D. Degree with relevant research experience in Life Science/ Bioinformatics/Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Computer Science or a related field. The candidate should have first class/division throughout academic career. Preference will be given to candidates having prior experience in the area of next-generation sequencing data analysis, bioinformatics, molecular analysis of plant genes, and webserver development. Candidates with expertise in photosynthesis and algal biology are also encouraged to apply.
Consolidated Pay: INR 60000 pm.

Qualification for Post Graduate Research Fellow (PGRF) 01 post: Candidates with Master's or equivalent interdisciplinary Degree in Environment/Ecology/Life sciences/Bioinformatics or any other related field, with relevant research experience, are eligible to apply. Preference will be given to candidates with fieldwork experience in physiological ecology. Candidates with Machine Learning and shell scripting experience are also encouraged to apply.
Consolidated Pay: INR 40000 pm.
 
Qualification for Technical Assistant (TA) 01 post: Graduate Degree in any stream with expertise in handling MS-office, HTML based web page design, and IP based system administration. Preference will be given to candidates with fluency in English communication and experience in the area of  basic computing.
Consolidated Pay: INR 25000 per month.

Qualification: Candidates having M.Sc./M.Tech degree (with minimum 70% marks) in Life Sciences/Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Molecular Biology/Bioinformatics or a related field duly supported with research work are eligible to apply. The candidate with prior work experience in analyzing bioinformatic data will be preferred.

2. Research Associate (RA-III) (one post): Emoluments as per DST/DBT norms & as sanctioned in the project.  

Qualification: Candidates having doctorate (Ph.D) degree in Life Sciences/Biotechnology/Chemistry or equivalent with strong publication record are eligible to apply. The candidate must have excellent knowledge in metabolomics with publications to support the same. An experience on wrking in plant metabolomics is desirable with ability to handle GC-MS, LC-MS and other high-end equipments.

3. Technical Assistant (one post):  Emoluments as per DST/DBT norms & as sanctioned in the project.

Candidates having M.Sc./M.Tech degree (with minimum 70% marks) in Biochemistry/Biotechnology/ Chemistry or a related field duly supported with research work are eligible to apply. The candidate with prior work experience in metabolomics will be preferred. The candidate will be involved in day-to-day running of the metabolome facility.
